º. Órganos de Dirección y Administración. La Corporación de la Industria Aeronáutica Colombiana S. A. (CIAC S. A) será dirigida y administrada por la Asamblea General de Accionistas, la Junta Directiva y la Presidencia de la Corporación de la Industria Aeronáutica Colombiana S. A. (CIAC S. A), instancias que cumplirán las funciones señaladas en la ley, en los Estatutos, en el presente decreto y en las demás disposiciones legales que los adicionen, modifiquen o sustituyan.
