Autorizase al Gobierno Nacional para que ceda, a título gratuito, a la Corporación de Residencias Universitarias institución de utilidad común, con personería jurídica concedida por Resolución número 3604 de 27 de noviembre de 1958 del Ministerio de Justicia, los inmuebles a que se refiere el artículo 1°. de esta Ley.
