El que induciendo o manteniendo a otro en error por medio de artificios o engaños, obtenga provecho ilícito para sí o para un tercero con perjuicio ajeno, cuya cuantía no exceda de diez salarios mínimos legales mensuales, incurrirá en arresto de seis (6) a dieciocho (18) meses.
