º. Para los efectos del presente Decreto, se entiende por nacionalización la actuación del Gobierno por medio de la cual asume la administración. de una institución financiera, en uso de la facultad de intervención, y adquiere la posibilidad de participar en su capital en condiciones especiales, evitando que los responsables de prácticas ilegales o inseguras se beneficien de su apoyo.
