°. Objeto . El presente decreto tiene por objeto adoptar medidas legislativas excepcionales y transitorias en materia de vivienda, hábitat y ordenamiento territorial, las cuales tienen como propósito conjurar la crisis declarada mediante el Decreto número 150 de 2026, por el cual se declara el Estado de Emergencia Económica, Social y Ecológica en parte del territorio nacional, e impedir la extensión de sus efectos.
