La Oficina General de Trabajo tendrá el siguiente personal:

Un Jefe, con la asignación mensual

Tales empleados serán nombrados por el Poder Ejecutivo, procurando que estén representadas en dicha Oficina las organizaciones obreras de la República que funcionen regularmente.
