Se entiende abandonada una solicitud de cualquier cambio que implique modificación de la resolución que otorgó un registro o licencia, cuando hayan transcurrido sesenta (60) días calendario contados desde la ejecutoria de la providencia que hubiere impartido alguna orden sin que el solicitante le hubiere dado cumplimiento.
