Pueblos indígenas en contacto inicial. Los pueblos indígenas en contacto inicial tienen derecho a vivir libremente y de acuerdo a su cultura en sus territorios ancestrales. Las políticas, programas o acciones privadas o públicas que se promuevan o realicen para ellos con cualquier fin se ajustarán a lo previsto en el artículo 193 del presente Decreto. En aquellos casos en los que se haya producido un daño o afectación, serán sujetos de medidas de atención integral, protección, reparación integral y restitución de derechos territoriales.
