Articulo 89 . La renta de goce de que trata el artículo 70 del Decreto 2053 de 1974, se causa separadamente por cada casa o apartamento urbano o casa campestre de recreo que habite o disfrute el contribuyente. Cuando el inmueble pertenezca a varios propietarios, la renta de goce se causa independientemente para cada propietario sobre el valor de su derecho.

Parágrafo 1

Se entiende por casa campestre de recreo aquella que está destinada al solaz y no a la explotación económica.

Parágrafo 2

La renta de goce se acumula a las de otra naturaleza tanto para los efectos del gravamen como para los relativos a la renta presuntiva.
