Art. 17. o Esta lei comenzará a observarse el dia 1. o de Enero de 1845, desde el cual quedarán derogadas las siguientes disposiciones lejislativas: la lei 28 de Julio de 1824 sobre derechos de toneladas; la lei de 1.o de mayo de 1826 sobre derechos de puerto; i el decreto del Libertador, fecha 6 de Noviembre de 1828, derogando el artículo 5. o de la anteriormente citada.
