Artículo noveno . Cuando el Instituto lo considere conveniente, se podrá adelantar en forma comunal la explotación de las parcelas resultantes de la división creando para el efecto cooperativas de producción y consumo o cualquier otro tipo de organización similar a las que el Instituto prestará el apoyo necesario para su creación, organización y funcionamiento.
