Transitorio. Quienes posean licencia de radioaficionado de primera, segunda o tercera categoría de carácter permanente otorgada mediante resolución o carné, expedido por el Ministerio de Comunicaciones, hasta la fecha de expedición del presente Decreto. deberán solicitar su nuevo carné de radioaficionado de primera categoría dentro de los seis (6) meses siguientes a la entrada en vigencia del presente Decreto:
