° . El artículo 106 del Decreto 2521 de 1950, quedará así: Artículo 106. Todo accionista en las sociedades por acciones, incluyendo los establecimientos bancarios, podrá hacerse representar en las reuniones de la Asamblea General por medio de otra persona, pero la representación deberá constar necesariamente por escrito y ser extensiva conforme a los estatutos de la respectiva sociedad".
