Se entiende por nivel micro de la vigilancia de la gestión fiscal aquel que cubre a cada una de las entidades que actúan y desarrollan sus actividades con autonomía e independencia dentro del respectivo sector al cual pertenecen para efectos del ejercicio del control fiscal.
