Art. 32. Esta Corporacion se reunirá a medida que vayan llegando los Rejistros, i procederá a practicar el escrutinio jeneral con los rejistros i boletas que haya recibido el Procurador del Estado, i, a falta de éstos, con los que se hayan remitido al Poder Ejecutivo o con los que se pidan a los Prefectos.
