ARTICULO 401 . Cárcel con las debidas seguridades . Cuando en el lugar de la comisión del hecho punible no hubiere establecimiento de detención con las debidas seguridades para impedir la evasión del recluso o para la protección de su vida o integridad personal, el fiscal dispondrá el traslado del detenido a la cárcel que reuna las condiciones expresadas.
