Las sentencias dictadas en las demandas sobre nulidad de elección o nulidad o rectificación de escrutinios se notificarán personalmente a las partes, pero si éstas no se presentaren a recibirla dentro de los tres días siguientes después de dictada la sentencia, se hará la notificación por edicto que durará fijado en la Secretaria del respectivo Tribunal por el término de cinco días.
