Auxiliares de investigación. Son auxiliares de los funcionarios de investigación:

1. Los miembros de la Policía Judicial de la Fis calía General de la Nación y quienes por delegación ejerzan esa función.

2. Los peritos de la sección de laboratorio de la División de Criminalística de la Policía Judicial y de la Dirección General de Medicina Legal de la Fiscalía General de la Nación.
