Articulo 7.º Mientras el Gobierno, provee los puestos los Inspectoras de cuarentena vegetal, los inspectores de "Sanidad pecuaria tendrán, además, este carácter y plena facultad y autoridad suficiente para entrar en horas de trabajo a cualquier almacén o depósito, muelle u oficinas de transbordo de vapores o de conducción de efectos, donde se encuentren plantas o semillas a las Que se refiere el presente Decreto, y ordenar su destrucción, sin indemnización alguna, si estuvieren atacadas por plagas o enfermedades.
