Las dependencias administrativas de la instituciones universitarias y tecnológicas de carácter oficial, se denominarán vice-rectorías o direcciones administrativas, a las cuales pertenecerán las divisiones, las que se podrán subdividir en secciones y éstas a su vez en grupos.
