Art. 19. Los recursos de apelación contra las sentencias definitivas dictadas por los Jueces de Circuito, en el Distrito Judicial del Pacífico, se decidirán en Sala de tres Magistrados, y en caso de impedimento se integrará la Sala con uno ó más Conjueces.

Queda derogado el artículo 3.° de la Ley 34 de 1894 .
