En lo no previsto en el presente decreto, el régimen salarial y prestacional aplicable a los empleos públicos del Departamento Administrativo - Dirección Nacional de Inteligencia, será el establecido para los empleados públicos de la Rama Ejecutiva del poder público del orden nacional.
