Establecimiento de macrorrutas y microrrutas para el servicio de barrido. Las entidades prestadoras del servicio están obligadas a establecer las macrorrutas y microrrutas que deben seguir cada una de las cuadrillas de barrido en la prestación del servicio, acordes con las normas de tránsito y las características físicas del municipio así como con la frecuencia establecida. Estas rutas deberán ser conocidas por los usuarios, y ser cumplidas cabalmente por las entidades prestadoras del servicio.
