PRELACIÓN PRESTACIONES SOCIALES . Las dependencias de la Policía Nacional que ejerzan funciones de control y ejecución del presupuesto de la misma, darán en todo caso prelación a la efectividad del pago de las prestaciones sociales que se reconozcan como consecuencia de la muerte del causante.
