ARTICULO 132. Plazo de la investigación . La investigación disciplinaria deberá adelantarse dentro de un plazo de treinta (30) días hábiles prorrogable por otros treinta (30) más, por la autoridad nominadora, dejando constancia escrita de las razones que tuvo para ello.
