Las Sociedades Anónimas domiciliadas fuera del país que establezcan empresas de carácter permanente en el territorio de la Republica, deberán solicitar para ello permiso del Superintendente, acreditando los mismos hechos que obligan a las Sociedades Nacionales como condición de existencia. Estarán así mismo sujetas a todo lo dispuesto en esta Ley.
