El Gobierno nacional en cabeza del Ministerio de Educación creará Comisión Asesora para la Política Pública Nacional de Multilingüismo, de carácter permanente, la cual tendrá como función principal diseñar, formular, crear las estrategias de implementación, realizar el seguimiento, las recomendaciones pertinentes y sugerir los cambios necesarios a la PPNM. Sus conceptos serán de carácter vinculante y sus miembros no tendrán algún tipo de remuneración.
