Para asegurar la participación de la Asociación de Autoridades Indígenas de la Comunidad Wayú en la dirección de la sociedad de que trata el artículo 2º del presente Decreto en sus estatutos se preverá la participación de la Asociación en la dirección y administración de la misma sin considerar la cuantía de sus aportes. En todo caso. La participación de la Comunidad Wayú en la referida sociedad no podrá ser inferior al 25% del capital suscrito.
