Para efectos de la prestación del servicio de qué trata el literal d) el Artículo 4º. de la Ley, el Ministerio de Salud Pública elaborará periódicamente la lista de poblaciones en las que se pueda prestar este servicio, de acuerdo con las informaciones que le suministre el DANE y con base en los recursos médicos de que dispongan estas poblaciones.
