Articulo 78 . Cómputo para prestaciones. El tiempo de servicio militar obligatorio prestado con anterioridad a la vinculación de la persona como empleado público del Ministerio de Defensa o de la Policía Nacional, será computable para efectos de cesantía, pensión, tres (3) meses de alta prima y de servicio.
