La violación de las prohibiciones establecidas en los artículos anteriores, dará lugar, al igual que cualquier otra situación disciplinaria, a la aplicación del régimen disciplinario establecido en la Ley 13 de 1984, el Decreto 482 de 1985 y demás disposiciones legales que los adicionen o modifiquen.
