Los Municipios donde ya se hubieren hecho construcciones en desarrollo de lo dispuesto en el artículo 7° de la Ley 46 de 1918 , quedan también autorizados por medio de sus respectivos Consejos para modificar el valor o costo que se hubiere señalado, de acuerdo con la actual situación económica.
