Los Subgerentes, en el orden que señale la Junta Directiva, reemplazarán al Gerente en caso de falta absoluta o temporal, y tendrán las mismas atribuciones de este durante su ausencia, o mientras se hace nueva elección. La Junta Directiva determinara lo que deba entenderse por falta temporal.
