º. Libertad de modelos y versiones. Las empresas terminales podrán ensamblar libremente modelos y versiones de motocicletas, obligándose a prestar el servicio post-venta y garantizar el suministro de repuestos. Introducidos al mercado el nuevo modelo o la nueva versión de motocicletas correspondiente, la empresa ensambladora deberá informar sobre tal hecho al Ministerio de Desarrollo Económico, dentro del mes siguiente, acompañado de la ficha técnica que lo caracteriza. Igualmente deberán informar semestralmente la producción total por modelos y sus ventas.
