Toda erogación con cargo a gastos imprevistos, que exceda a la suma de cinco mil pesos moneda corriente ($ 5.000.00), deberá recibir previamente el visto bueno del Ministerio de Gobierno, salvo el caso de grave calamidad pública, en que deberá dar aviso al mismo.
