º. El proceso que no pudiere ser reconstruido podrá ser reiniciado a petición de parte interesada acompañando copia de la demanda o de la denuncia. En materia penal se reiniciará el proceso oficiosamente, salvo para aquellos delitos que requieren querella de parte.
