Inspecciones ordinarias y extraordinarias . Las inspecciones ordinarias a las naves y artefactos navales se efectuarán dentro de los plazos y lugares que fije la reglamentación. Las inspecciones extraordinarias se dispondrán cuando la autoridad marítima lo considere conveniente, o en caso de avería que pueda afectar la navegabilidad del buque o artefacto naval o cuando se cause o pueda causarse contaminación.
