La asamblea se reunirá en el domicilio principal de la sociedad, el día, a la hora y en el lugar indicados en la convocatoria. No obstante, podrá reunirse sin previa citación y en cualquier sitio, cuando estuviere representada la totalidad de las acciones suscritas.
