o A partir del 1° de enero de 1992, el incremento de salario por antigüedad que vienen percibiendo algunos funcionarios a quienes se aplica este decreto, en virtud de lo dispuesto en los Decretos Extraordinarios 1046,1515 de 1978 y 120 de 1991, se reajustará en un veintiséis punto ocho por ciento (26.8%). Si al aplicar el porcentaje de que trata el presente artículo resultaren centavos se desecharán.
