ARTICULO 239 . Término para decidir . Vencido el término previsto en el artículo anterior, se decidirá dentro de los treinta días siguientes. El magistrado ponente deberá registrar proyecto dentro de los diez días siguientes al vencimiento del traslado a que se refiere el artículo anterior.
