En el Presupuesto de 1964 se incluirán las partidas discriminadas por los artículos 1º. y 2º. de esta Ley. El Gobierno Nacional queda facultado para hacer las traslaciones necesarias a fin de dar cumplimiento al presente mandato legal, en caso de no ser insertadas las cantidades correspondientes en la vigencia presupuestal indicada.
