Sanciones y Denuncias. Cuando ocurriere violación de las normas sobre protección ambiental o sobre manejo de recursos naturales renovables, el Ministerio del Medio Ambiente o las Corporaciones Autónomas Regionales impondrán las sanciones que se prevén en el artículo siguiente, según el tipo de infracción y la gravedad de la misma. Si fuere el caso, denunciarán el hecho ante las autoridades competentes para que se inicie la investigación penal respectiva. Vigente desde: 22/12/1993 y hasta el: 20/07/2009
