PERTURBACION FUNCIONAL. Si el daño consistiere en perturbación funcional transitoria de un órgano o miembro, el responsable incurrirá en prisión de veinte (20) meses a siete (7) años y multa de tres mil a doce mil pesos. Si fuere permanente, la pena será de dos (2) a ocho (8) años de prisión y multa de cinco mil a veinte mil pesos.
