El Consejo Directivo estará integrado por miembros activos de la asociación en número no inferior a tres (3) ni superior a siete (7), los cuales serán elegidos por la Asamblea General mediante el sistema de cuociente electoral, con sus respectivos suplentes, los que deberán ser personales.
