Art. 365. Derógase los artículos 1644 á 1654 y 1794 del Código Judicial, y las demás disposiciones del mismo Código en la parte que se refiere á la confesión del procesado de que hablan los mencionados artículos 1644 á 1654. Deróganse igualmente los artículos 1499, 1552,1561, 1565,1621, 1623, inciso 3º del 1627,1630, 1631, 1632, 1635, 1643, 1724, 1734, 1743, 1813, 1824, 1875, 1904, 2008 y 2024 del citado Código Judicial, los artículos 31 y 32 de la Ley 80 de 1888 y la Ley 132 del mismo año.
