Transitorio. Integración del nuevo Comité Nacional de Salud Ocupacional. Para la integración del nuevo Comité Nacional de Salud Ocupacional, las organizaciones de que tratan los artículos 1º, 2º y 3º de este Decreto, deben presentarlas ternas de candidatos dentro de los diez (10) días calendario siguientes a la fecha del oficio que les envíe el Secretario General del Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social.
