El reajuste de la prima de antigüedad para los empleados públicos docentes y administrativos de las Instituciones Universitarias y Tecnológicas Oficiales del Orden Nacional, no podrá exceder de un diez por ciento (10%). En dicho reajuste se entienden involucrados los incrementos por año cumplido de servicios ordenados para dicho personal en disposiciones anteriores a este Decreto.
