Separación absoluta o destitución . El funcionario del Nivel Ejecutivo de la Policía Nacional, que sea separado o destituido del servicio en forma absoluta durante la vigencia del presente Decreto, tendrá derecho a las prestaciones sociales a que haya lugar por razón de su servicio, pero no tendrá derecho a ser dado de alta por tres (3) meses para el trámite de las prestaciones sociales.
