Artículo quinto. El Banco de la República podrá delegar en las Casas de Moneda o en los Laboratorios de Fundición y Ensaye debidamente autorizados, y que den una garantía al respecto, la recaudación del impuesto sobre la producción de oro para que ésta lleve a cabo en el momento de devolver el metal fundido a los interesados.
