Los cuadros anteriores deberán estar terminados a más tardar el día 30 de junio; se llenarán de acuerdo con las instrucciones que a las Juntas Municipales comuniquen las Seccionales y la Dirección General de Estadística; serán firmados por todos los miembros de la Junta y se distribuirán así: Los cuadros a que se refieren los numerales 3 y 4 se extenderán por duplicado y se enviará un ejemplar al Concejo y otro a la Junta Seccional del Departamento o de la Intendencia.
